Following the Government’s announcement on 4 January 2021, St Giles Heathrow remains open to welcome only essential workers and other guests requiring emergency accommodations including self-isolating and other exemptions as outlined by the Government’s guidelines.

  • For guests with a flexible and semi-flexible reservation, you can modify your reservation via our website
  • If you have a non-refundable reservation, please contact our hotel reservations team via email: hres@stgiles.com

Please bear with us as we are experiencing very high volume of emails and our reservation team are doing their very best to respond as soon as possible.

Third-Party

  • If your reservation is via a 3rd party for e.g., OTAs, please modify your reservation directly with your booking provider.

Our restaurant, Il Grasso, and in-room dining service will be closed at this time.
