Terms & Conditions

  1. Minimum Guests: The package is available for a minimum of 50 guests.

  2. Pricing: Starting from RM90 nett per person. Prices are inclusive of service charge and applicable taxes.

  3. Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

  5. Menu Customization: Menu customization is available and must be finalized 10 days before the event.

  6. Special Add-ons: Additional services such as live music and themed decorations are available at extra cost and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.

  7. Venue Access: Access to the venue for setup is allowed 3 hours before the event start time.

  8. Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.

  9. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to the venue and staff. The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest behaving inappropriately.

  10. Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
